"My boyfriend and I used Tom Smith as our Realtor - Tom came recommended to us, and we couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Tom! We spoke on the phone at length about what we were looking for in a home, before we even met in person - he was very attentive and he was able to answer all of our questions. When we looked at houses together, Tom was on-time and prepared with listing info and disclosures about the homes. He was willing to stretch out of his main area for us and look a little further out. It was no problem for Tom to organize 5 listings to show us in the same afternoon and I'm pretty sure he would have done more had we asked! He was very organized. , , We were very lucky and found a home after 2 outings with Tom. He was knowledgeable about our purchase area (Livonia, MI) and had really good advice about how to make an offer and what he felt was fair to offer to the seller. If he wasn't available in person, we knew Tom was always available by phone or text. He walked us through the steps to offer and all of the requirements thereafter as there were many. He always kept us informed and we always knew what to expect. When we had questions about the property, he would find out within a day and get back to us. He took the time to make us feel like important clients and helped explain documents when we had questions. He was also there for all of our inspections - which was great because you want your realtor there with you for that. , , Tom is an all-out nice and honest person, and very professional. We didn't feel any pressure from Tom - he let us direct the home search to our needs. We met a lot of realtors during open houses while we researched homes. Tom was even very open about making sure we were a good fit, as not every client meshes well with every realtor. But I would go with Tom again in heartbeat. I would absolutely recommend Tom Smith to any of my friends and family for their home purchase. I'm not sure what it's like to sell a home with Tom, but I bet he'd be great at that too. He was always willing to do more for us and help us in any way he could."
